Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026 · Version 1.0

At Radarial we take privacy seriously. This policy explains clearly what data we process, what we use it for and how we protect it.

Who we are

Radarial is a media radar for Latin America, operated by Novalab S.A., a company incorporated in the Argentine Republic, owner of the product and its intellectual property. When we say "Radarial", "Novalab", "we" or "our" in this policy, we refer to that company. This policy applies to the Site radarial.com and all associated services.

Our commitment

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is yours. We use it only to provide you with the service and improve it, and we never commercialize it or hand it over to third parties for their own purposes. We do everything cleanly and securely.

Data we process

We process only the data necessary to operate the Service, depending on how you interact with Radarial:

Indexed content from public sources

To provide the Service, Radarial tracks and indexes content from publicly accessible sources (news portals, social networks, television, radio and video platforms, among others). This content does not come from your personal data or disclose it: it is public information that we organize and serve so you can monitor and analyze it. The processing of third-party content is governed by what is provided for in our Terms and Conditions.

How we use your data

We use the data described for: (i) providing, maintaining and operating the Service; (ii) creating and administering your account and authenticating you; (iii) processing subscriptions and payments; (iv) responding to your inquiries and providing you support; (v) protecting the security and integrity of the Service and preventing fraud; and (vi) improving and optimizing the quality and performance of the product.

We do not process or use your personal data for purposes other than those disclosed herein. We do not use your personal data to train artificial intelligence models.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your personal data. We only share it with providers who help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure, payment processing and communication tools), strictly as necessary to provide you with the service and under confidentiality and security obligations. These providers process data on our behalf and following our instructions, and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by a competent authority or required by law, or to protect our rights, the safety of persons or the integrity of the Service.

Passwords and authentication

We do not store your password in plain text. When you use email and password access, we store only an encrypted version (hash) of it, in accordance with industry security standards. This means that no one, including our team, can recover your original password.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are managed through external payment processors. These providers may process and retain the data necessary to process the transaction in accordance with their own policies. Such data depends on each provider and is not information that we actively collect or retain, beyond what is strictly necessary to manage your subscription.

Data retention

We retain your personal data while you maintain an active account or while it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable law. When it is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize it securely.

Security

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or unauthorized destruction. We work to ensure that information is handled cleanly and securely at every stage.

Your rights and account deletion

You can access, correct and update your data, as well as request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time. You can delete your account from the platform or exercise these rights by contacting us. As a personal data holder in the Argentine Republic, you enjoy the rights recognized by the Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326) and its supplementary regulations.
